YOU’LL NEVER SEE… (CENTURY MEDIA, 1992)
A killer song from a killer album by a killer band.
You’ll Never See… is the second album by the legendary Swedish death metal band Grave. Eight tracks of catchy, in-your-face, no-frills death metal. As was typical of the era, there’s a slight anti-Christian edge to the lyrics.
Even though the title is officially written as You’ll Never See…, I’ve always called the song —and even the album — the way it’s sung: You Will Never See Heaven. So that’s how I sketched it, too.
And that’s all folks! The sketch was done in early 2026, but it’s no surprise I’ve quoted lyrics from this album next to my graffiti since the nineties. And check out the video, it’s the band on their reunion tour last year and mr. Sandström is still delivering it like he did in the nineties!
