Ei Viestiä Piiskanpitäjille (No Message to Whipholders) is a song by the Finnish rock band Petettyjen Puolue.
The band hasn’t been very active lately — I’m not sure if they’ve called it quits or not — but so far, they’ve released one full album of music. And what an album it is! This particular song is my favorite of the nine tracks on it.
